Experience Home Care was created to provide a better alternative for aging seniors.  Having personally been through all of the challenges of finding the right care for our family, we know that Experience Home Care is right for most people.  Most in-home care companies are created, owned, and operated by caregivers who haven't personally been a client and who haven't been through the challenges that come with choosing the best care options. The founder of Experience Home Care, Tim Shea, had tried several options for his aging grandparents and found that most companies made many promises to the quality and reliability of the services.  However, it was soon discovered that just because an agency says they will provide excellent care doesn't mean that they guarantee it.  We do.

     We also offer services that  no other caregiver agencies or companies offer.  The reason for this is that Experience Home Care was created by customers of senior care, not workers.  Having experienced several disappointing ventures with almost every care agency, assisted living facility, and board and care home in the book, we decided the industry needed a makeover.  By providing access to wheelchair transportation to anyone who needs it, ambulatory or not.  By providing 24 hour oversight, even if you can only afford part time care. 

    Most importantly, our mission is to provide the highest quality of care through Respect, Honor, Integrity, and a lot of hard work. We are a "yes sir, yes ma'am", organization and proud of it.

    Our Care Managers go through basic training in our home, with our grandparents, prior to employment.  If our grandparents don't like them, we don't hire them.
