a replacement for emergency
services such as 911, Fire

replacement for the General
Homemaker service. **To qualify
for a service failure credit,
you must report the service
failure to management within 24
hours of the service failure.
The credit is limited to one
caregiver hour per service
failure and is not valid on
"modified personnel carrier",
"security team deployment", or
the "weekly get-together"
services.
